If you have another insurance company, insurance-ready statements will be provided to you detailing any direct payments you have made. These statements comprehensively review the services you have accessed including necessary treatment and diagnostic coding. You can use these statements to initiate the out-of-network reimbursement process privately through your insurance company if you’re eligible to do so.

Sliding Scale:

Sliding scale fee services are available on a limited basis dependent on income and ability to pay. Please feel free to inquire

Payment:

I accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and personal check.
Clients will be responsible for payment at the time services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event you need to cancel an appointment, please provide notice to your therapist within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time. This is a courtesy to your provider but also to other clients working to access the schedule for emergency same day services.
